Eligibility & Booking Policy

THG camps are primarily designed for players in Years 5, 6 and 7, with sessions tailored to this age group. We may introduce camps for other age groups in the future.

Players in Year 4 may be considered if they regularly train or compete with U12 groups at their club. All Year 4 applications must be approved in advance by a coach.

Approved Year 4 players may request a place, which will be held on a provisional basis. These places are not confirmed until one week before the camp start date, subject to availability.

Priority is always given to Year 5 - 7 players, and Year 4 places cannot be guaranteed. If the camp reaches capacity, Year 4 requests may not be offered a place.

Places for Year 5 - 7 players are secured on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

For Year 4 players, payment will only be requested once a place has been confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or adjust bookings where necessary to maintain appropriate groupings, safety, and overall session quality.
